Dual Threat and Deafening Chorus are the two Chaos Powers that form the backbone of this build. Without unlocking and combining these, the build won’t perform anywhere near its potential. I recommend starting on Normal difficulty, playing with Frenzy plus Upheaval while you work towards unlocking Dual Threat. Once unlocked, start farming Viz-Jaq'taar Veneration to obtain Deafening Chorus—it’s essential for maintaining your buffs Diablo 4 Items.

With Deafening Chorus active alongside all three Barbarian Shouts, you gain some incredible benefits. You’ll be permanently Berserk, meaning you have a constant damage steroid active. On top of that, you will always have a damage boost, Fortify for damage reduction, and the Unstoppable buff to prevent crowd control effects. The build also grants roughly 66% damage reduction and taunts every enemy nearby every second, making you incredibly tanky and in control of the battlefield.

Adding Accelerating Chaos further reduces the cooldown of Wrath of the Berserker based on Lucky Hits, keeping your steroid up more often. Once you reach Torment difficulty, make sure to pick up Chaos Unleashed, which amplifies your Chaotic Bursts to a terrifying level. These Chaos Powers not only ramp up your damage but also make your Barbarian almost unkillable, turning leveling into a breeze Diablo 4 gold.
