Why I Think Nesekem the Herald Isn’t as Bad as People Say—With Season 10 Chaos Uniques
Most players write off Nesekem, the Herald as a weak Mythic weapon because it’s much narrower in use compared to other options. As someone who’s put it through the paces, I get the criticism—but I also think this weapon has been undervalued, especially now with Season 10’s Chaos Unique system buy Diablo 4 Items.

The core problem is that Nesekem is locked to Spiritborn only, and Spiritborn already has strong legendary weapons that outshine it when picked directly. On the surface, this feels like a death sentence for Nesekem’s relevance.

However, the stats and unique affix on Nesekem are nothing to scoff at. The guaranteed critical strikes on marked enemies can really boost your damage output if you play carefully and keep your hits focused.

What’s changed for me is Season 10’s Chaos Uniques. Spiritborn’s new Chaos pool throws in several powerful uniques that can appear in other gear slots—helm, gloves, pants, rings—freeing up room for Nesekem without sacrificing strong builds. This allows Nesekem to hold its own weapon slot without feeling like you’re losing out.

My gameplay feels fresher with these options. I’ve been combining Nesekem with some unexpected gear combos, and the synergy works better than I expected. If you give it a try yourself, you might find this Mythic isn’t the worst anymore—just a weapon waiting for the right conditions to shine diablo 4 gold farm.
